  Our company rents multiple homes from the Steelcote brand. The office ladies are great & very helpful. But more importantly the place is calm & relaxed, clean $ convenient. Perfect small put away gem for St. Louis We have been doing business with them 2 years plus.

  My dishwasher has been broken since June 22nd (I am posting this on August 25th), and they haven't fixed it yet, despite me reaching out to them repeatedly; they claim such matters must be fixed through a slow warranty company, and that this is simply a part of new construction (absurd). Also unwilling to lower rent as compensation during this period, despite having signed a contract for an apartment with a functioning dishwasher. Two other complaints while you're reading: you will hear your neighbors through the walls and floors constantly, and an individual with a luxury SUV without disabled plates parks in the disabled parking everyday (not very friendly to those who need such accommodations). Not a completely terrible building, as it is new, but this experience has been rather frustrating.

  My boyfriend and I moved in last year and have loved it ever since! Zoey and Miranda are always friendly and helpful and plan the best events! Nothing but good things to say😊

  Did not move yet, but I wanna give 5 starts to the costumer service. Before coming to visit Steelcote, I went to another complex near by. The realtor had any interested in showing me the apartment. In the other hand, at Steelcote, Zoe could understand what I needed, showed me different options and the whole property, worked hard to help finish the lease even with all the difficulties of me being an non American have brought to it. For what I see so far, the apartments are brand new, renovated and clean. Everything starts with costumer service, and Zoe`s work was fundamental for me deciding to move. Update: Moved in last year and transfer to a new unit in the same complex this year. Apartments are really great, lots of natural light, new kitchen appliances. For slu students is a perfect place, walking distance to de medical campus, close to top golf and target. We had some miscommunications during the transfer but after a talk we were able to figure out. I strongly recommend moving in here Update 1/6/2026 The water heater has been nonfunctional since December 17, 2025. I am once again taking cold showers in the middle of winter. Temporary fixes have repeatedly failed, and the maintenance team continues to postpone a permanent solution, pushing it back day after day. At this point, it has been over two weeks without a functioning hot water system, which is unacceptable for a basic and essential service. The lack of urgency and follow-through has made this situation extremely frustrating and disruptive to daily life. This ongoing issue stands in sharp contrast to the otherwise positive aspects of the property and needs immediate attention. Update 1/10/2026 Water heater problem was finally fixed. The situation lead me to a considerable degree of frustration, but I will increase the stars on this review as the building remains as an good option to live at.
