I had a serious situation happen at my home that was completely outside of Progress Residential’s control. Of course, I was frustrated and had to be temporarily displaced from my home, but I have to say—the team at Progress Residential really stepped up and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire situation. Danny Wilkins, Maurice Murray, Calvin Warren and Jennifer Nim went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. They listened to my concerns, made sure my needs were met, and worked to make an extremely stressful situation as comfortable as possible. What stood out to me most is that you can genuinely tell they care about their residents. They didn’t just treat me like a tenant—they made me feel like my situation mattered. If you’re thinking about renting from Progress Residential, I would absolutely recommend giving them a chance. They have a great team, and I truly appreciate everything Danny, Maurice, Calvin and Jennifer did for me. Thank you all for taking care of me and getting me through a very difficult situation! ❤️🏠

Don’t bother trying to get any assistance or answers via either, because they WILL NOT GET BACK TO YOU. They will take your application money and not give you any valid reasons before never responding again.
