Fantastic that you can walk over to the Foundry food court/Fresh Thyme without crossing a major road. Thing to consider before moving in though: 1. It’s awkwardly far from both metro stops if you’re walking 2. Sun-facing rooms seem to bake during the summer 3. Fire alarms. It’s a repeat problem that has gotten better over the last few months, but it only takes a cooking mistake to send everyone out for an hour 4. The package room is kind of a disaster due to being difficult to access for most carriers

The parking garage is very nice and safe, the building is convenient to anything you need, and the location makes day-to-day life easy. I appreciated the team’s willingness to work with residents.
