  Highly recommended. Leasing office staff were very helpful and welcoming. They replied to my emails fast. They coordinated well among each other and they made sure my needs are met.

  Shoutout to Nancy first and foremost for always responding quickly and handling my one noise complaint well. Maintenance team is great! Fantastic that you can walk over to the Foundry food court/Fresh Thyme without crossing a major road. Thing to consider before moving in though: 1. It’s awkwardly far from both metro stops if you’re walking 2. Sun-facing rooms seem to bake during the summer 3. Fire alarms. It’s a repeat problem that has gotten better over the last few months, but it only takes a cooking mistake to send everyone out for an hour 4. The package room is kind of a disaster due to being difficult to access for most carriers

  The amenities are extremely nice. All things considered, I had a positive experience with the team here, especially Nancy who is mentioned in some of the other reviews. The parking garage is very nice and safe, the building is convenient to anything you need, and the location makes day-to-day life easy. I appreciated the team’s willingness to work with residents.

  I lived here and ended up moving out earlier than planned due to the noise. The walls are extremely thin, and you can hear neighbors clearly as well as street noise even from higher floors. While the staff, amenities, and maintenance team were great, and the location is convenient, the lack of peace made it difficult to stay. The move‑out process was also challenging. The elevators and entrances are small, which makes moving furniture out very difficult. On top of that, breaking a lease is extremely expensive, and I was not informed of additional charges until I was unexpectedly hit with a large bill after moving out. Security was good with a 24/7 guard, and the building does send alerts for severe weather or emergencies. The gym and amenities were nice, but ultimately not worth the sleepless nights. The apartments are also very small for the price—the “one‑bedroom” layout is essentially a studio with barn doors. Overall, great amenities but not worth the noise, stress, and unexpected costs
