  When I started the search for a real estate agent, Heather came highly recommended by a friend. While I typically take recommendations with a grain of salt, Heather has completely lived up to the hype! Having recently moved to St. Louis from Texas, I knew very little about the differences between homes in TX vs MO (there are a ton!) including what to look for in basements, flood zones, radon levels, etc. Of course to top it all off, I was a first time buyer. Heather's guidance was both crucial and calming while navigating this entire experience. She is a wealth of knowledge in real estate, construction/home repair, and the greater STL area in general. She took her time to understand what I was/was not looking for in my home, and it saved me from wasting precious time and getting exactly what I was looking for. Heather patiently answered even the most mundane of questions as we toured a number of properties, and walked me through every single step as I progressed towards closing. Feeling disheartened by the absurd "above listing" offers and inspection waivers sellers were expecting, and my "wants" not aligning she recommended buying something direct from a reputable builder. After I put down my deposit - a nerve racking, "no guarantees delivery date," three months before the house would be done - she kept on top of the builder ensuring their promises were being upheld. Even to date, three months after closing and long past any expectation of help, she continues to check in and make sure everything is as promised with my home. If you're looking for a real estate agent who consistently goes above and beyond for her clients, is prompt and clear in communications, works to find you the perfect home, and perfectly blends a high level of professionalism with the down home charm of your next door neighbor and friend, call Heather! You will not be disappointed.

  Heather is the BEST! My husband and I never planned on leaving Texas, but got an amazing job opportunity to relocate to St. Louis. Heather was recommended to us by a friend and was essential in making our relocation seamless. We felt supported while looking for houses while still considering the move, looking long distance once we decided to move. Once we arrived in St. Louis, we had a goal to get a contract on a house we loved within two weeks which was aggressive considering the current market. Heather guided us in negotiations to ensure we met our goal! Not only did we get the contract on our perfect home, Heather made the rest of the closing process stress free.
