  I don’t really understand some of the previous reviews that have been left. I have lived in Grand Flats for almost 3 years and it’s been a fantastic experience. Kourtney, the property manager, is a fantastic building manager and always an incredibly bright light. She is the sweetest! The maintenance is also very dedicated. If there’s issues (which there really aren’t a lot) they make sure the issue is fixed within 24-48 hours. General maintenance in the building is always fantastic, the general facilities are clean and aesthetically appealing. Cleaners are here every week. They have an awesome coffee machine that saves us all a lot of money! It’s very difficult to find property that has this caliber of amenities, with a dedicated and pleasant Management team, at the price point Grand Flats offers. Most of the tenants are students or young professionals, so the building is really quiet and even offers awesome events to get to know others, discounts on special events in the city and sporting games, etc. I would recommend any of my friends to live here!!

  I moved to Grand Flats last Spring after a life transition took me back to St. Louis. After living in a house for many years I was a little nervous about moving to an apartment. As soon as I walked in to Grand Flats for my tour I felt right at home. Not only are the amenities great (pool, coffee bar, work rooms, gym, great location, etc) the property manager, Kourtney, is ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! She is the life blood of this place and is always so kind and helpful and works hard to make the residents feel comfortable. She wears many hats - package handler, pet buddy, maintenance coordinator, party planner, notifier of local events and beyond! Despite this, she’s always pleasant and available to the community she serves. She brings true joy and sunshine to our lovely abode. I’m definitely pleased with my decision to live here and encourage others to see how awesome Grand Flats is too!

  Resident for several years now and love it. So many amenities - great pool, gated parking lot, activities room, exercise room, secure package delivery, well maintained common areas. The building manager and maintenance staff have been very responsive and helpful when I need them. Great group of residents and friendly pets with many pet amenities too.

  Grand Flats was great for my first apartment alone after school and as I began my career. The staff was always so responsive and answered all my questions. The amenities were great and everything was always clean. The maintenance team would respond quickly to my issues. The parking lot being gated was also a great plus! I would recommend Grand Flats to anyone looking for a place close to downtown STL. Great location to explore the city!

  I wouldn't live here based on how poorly managed this site is. Welcome to your new home/dump! Free mattress awaits you!! And I'm sure you'll enjoy the serenades of your neighbors dog!
