  Would not recommend moving into this complex. They have gone down tremendously. I’ve been here going on 5 years, and they try to find any reason to charge a fee. I’ve been charged more miscellaneous fees in the last 3 months since my entire time at this complex. Parking is ridiculous. I was extremely patient when I first moved in, even after being placed into a dirty unit, and allowed management time to make the necessary adjustments and changes, yet they still continue to nickel-and-dime residents instead of addressing actual concerns. The overall experience no longer matches the price or expectations.

  The repairs were made quickly, the maintenance rep was here today and came earlier than I expected but that was not a problem. He took care of my request quickly and correctly. I was very pleased.
