  Adventura at Mid Rivers really sets the standard! They go above and beyond to keep a clean and well maintained community. Their staff is always polite and punctual, they host events and offer several amenities for residents to enjoy. This community is full of diversity and a welcoming atmosphere. My family has been blessed to be a resident in this community, and we look forward to many more years at Adventura. We are so grateful to be in the good hands of this team!

  We had a few hiccups with moving in but the staff and maintenance team have been very responsive and supportive. They have been very accommodating and helpful through the whole process.

  I have been living here for over an year and had a great experience overall. Maintenance requests were handled quickly, usually fixes issues the same day. The management team is responsive. The community is clean, quiet, well maintained and feels safe. Overall, a good place to live.

  I’ve been living at Aventura since 2022. We love it here. They take good care of everything. This was our first time needing to use the emergency maintenance line in 3 years of living here. It worked perfectly. 1. Someone was there to fix our ac within couple hours. 2. Fix was made. Within 24hours (and had a temporary ac unit run in our room until the fix was complete) 3. They follow up after to make sure it went ok. I am so impressed and grateful for the team here at Aventura at Midrivers!
