  Ray is an amazing realtor! I bought my first home with him and recently hired him to sell that home which closed today. Throughout the process Ray is extremely informative from knowing the appraisal process on FHA and VA loans to using his construction background to help point out things most realtors may miss. When selling my home he helped me get it ready for listing and showing, gave me tips on the listing process, and ensured we were in a reasonable range with comps. He works hard to understand his clients needs and wants and could honestly negotiate on their behalf without even asking them first, because he knows what they want. I would highly recommend Ray to anyone who wants a smooth process from a knowledgeable realtor that will treat you like family!
