  I am a new resident at a Park East unit and first time apartment resident and I must say the process from the start to actually getting into my unit has been a breeze! I was nervous going into this that I would get blown off in typical landlord fashion but to my surprise I experienced the contrary! The realtors at Park East were so helpful in the entire process, answering all my questions with accurate and to the point information very promptly. I was led through the process by a lady named Dani, she was so professional and helpful! Very detailed in explaining all the lease information and I felt truly welcomed to the building when she took me for a tour. The location is great, right on the square of downtown with lots of local eats, clubs, and lovely amenities (have you seen the pool??). The management is understanding and very accommodating especially given that I am a student. The parking options are also great, very local and well lit/maintained. Needless to say I am very pleased and excited I have chosen a Park East building to make my home.

  Living at Park East has been such a smooth experience you really can't beat the location it makes getting to class at MSU or grabbing coffee downtown super quick and convenient. Maintenance is always fast to respond and the office team is helpful whenever you need anything I especially love that the property manager Edgar truly cares about his community.

  I love this apartment. Most especially najima she’s one of the best properties staff I met she attends to my issues when I have issues. Also the community manager Edga his very hands on with any issue I have I love the park east

  The units are exceptional with minor issues! The ladies down at the main office are super friendly and amazing. Dwight in maintenance was nice and got everything done quickly. The staff here is always ready to help if you need it.
