- AAAmy AllenJul 13, 20261.0I have been here since December of 2024. I don’t ever complain about much. I moved into a brand new home, first three weeks I had water on and off. Water gets shut off all the time. They want us residents to check an app called Band to see when it will be shut off. Toilets, bathtubs and all sinks have backed up into my home more times than I can count. I can go on and on. Pictures and videos to prove. Today was my end with This park. I will be getting a lawyer. I am 6 days late on my rent and I get a letter on MY DOOR, no one knocked, no one called me, saying I had 3 days to pay or quit. I pay 1400 dollars a month to live next to the oldest trailer in the park that is empty. They moved it out Thursday and NO ONE has been out here to clean up the mess that was left. So am I supposed to pay 600 lot rent when I can’t even go in my yard or let my grandson out there. Exposed wires, nails and metal rods everywhere. Let alone the back porch off of that house is in my yard.
