  I absolutely love our new home! Terisa was wonderful to work with threwout our while process of purchasing our home. I recommend her to anyone and all the Crew anyway! We love the communication, and going to extreme extents to make sure we got everything we wanted and needed! Thanks Terisa and Crew!

  Closed on our new home 9/25/23, was told 7-10 days for final inspection and would be given our keys, here it is 3 weeks later and now waiting on a placement survey and Clayton Homes won't go in and do any of the needed work because we are 3 hours away from Springfield and won't go twice. I will be homeless 11/1 if I can not move into my home and they don't seem to care a bit. Meanwhile Pat (sales) told me this was "normal and acceptable". Spoke to my mortgage holder and they gave permission to Clayton Homes to go in and get everything done so when the placement survey was done I could simply have my keys, CLAYTON Homes and Pat refused because of the 3 hour drive. Mind you it is suppose to rain the next two days and I have missing siding and trim, mold in the living room where the front door was not sealed and they won't come to fix it. They can have it back. This is just perfect. I will not be back and will be filing with the BBB

  I had a great experience buying my home. Pat was great to work with. And they came back in a timely manner to fix drywall cracks and things. However, I have been waiting almost 2 years to get them to come back for other things that have gone wrong. I'm supposed to have a 5 year warranty on these things but I guess they don't care once they get your money. I'm very disappointed in them. Here is pics of thing that need fixed. We have big cracks between the ceiling and cabinets. Most of the grout has came out of the bottom of our shower. The drawers in the kitchen are junk. I have called and sent pic's and can't get them to do anything about it. Roger Patterson is the one we can't get to help us. I would not recommend them because of this!

  Pat was awesome he did a wonderful job getting our trailer these r a few pics of land and trailer pat bilyeu went the extra mile to make sure we had are trailer ready with in are time line thanks so much
