  We have had a wonderful experience living in this apartment building. The property is well-maintained, the management team is responsive, and the overall environment is peaceful and welcoming.The absolute best part of living here is the maintenance service, specifically Andrew. Whenever we submit a work order, he responds incredibly fast. Andrew is professional, highly skilled, friendly, and always leaves the apartment clean after completing a repair. It brings total peace of mind knowing that any maintenance issue will be handled perfectly by him.I highly recommend this building to anyone looking for a great place to call home!

  Melisa Lovewell, Community Manager, is very difficult to work with and is very rude. She tried to play the victim and make up lies after she was wrong about saying I didn't have an apartment tour. She even went as far as saying I was harassing her when I was just reaching out about a tour. Insane. Don't live here.

  If i could give zero stars i would! Place is extremely poorly managed and honestly just dishonest people working here. I have grace with people working but this was unacceptable as there was no understanding or truth when we tried talking to them in person. please do not go here. Not worth it. There are much better places. The process they have in place for getting apartments ready for move in is absolutely horrible and not thorough. You could end up with a clean place or a trashed one, we got a trashed one and they tried giving us a clean one as a concession. Stairs are really rusted and the property overall looks unkept. There is no way to tell if ur actual apartment unit is clean until u get the keys which in my opinion is unacceptable for the amount of fees and payments that are made to the property before we get keys.

  They had the apartment absolutely trashed and smelling like cat piss when I moved in. Freezer and fridge had so many random hairs. Impossible to get in contact with and I genuinely feel taken advantage of. Would never recommend.
