  Been living here for a year now and I love it! The apartment is so nice and the location is amazing — Everything you need is right there. The management is amazing. They are always available, always helpful, and they actually get things done. Never once felt like I was being ignored or brushed off.

  I've been a resident 8 years and have seen management teams come and go. The current team is exceptional - responsive, friendly, and have made numerous improvements to the building in terms of quality community events (paint and sip, bagels/books, plant clipping exchange), vending area upgrade, and possibly most importantly keeping the lobby coffee cups stocked and expanding the tea selection. That last point might not sound like much, but a world of difference it has made. Thank you for all you do Jenna and Bree! PS: there's another noah reviewer who has apparently lived here too - many of the points about the shape of the building at the time were valid, but I think they'd agree if they're still around those views don't reflect the current state of things.

  I've been a tenant at The Residences at Forest Park for several years. Enjoyed living here. Jenna and Bree pilot the office, and have always been super helpful! Any problems I've had are handled quickly and cheerfully. They are always looking out for the tenants and the building. They are currently updating the front door call box to include video to tenants smartphones. My maintenance issues have always been taken care of promptly and thoroughly. This month my toilet worked fine, but the flush would end with a loud banging sound in the water pipes. Within 48 hours Adam & Jonathen fixed the problem (air in pipes) which also resulted in replacement of a shower adjuster. Almer is also on the maintenance roster. The building is beautiful with help from housekeeping Darian and Maurice. Good place to live!

  The office staff is amazing! The lobby and outdoor areas are always clean and you can’t beat the location. Loved my time here.
