  I stayed at the Residences for 3 years during law school and cannot recommend the building enough. The apartments are spacious and the walls are completely soundproof. The amenities are not super frilly, but they do have the basics: adequate gym, great dog park, outdoor parking, as well as outdoor/indoor hosting spaces. Additionally, the units themselves are solid and spacious. All staff are so wonderful and responsive, and the location is excellent! I was there for old management and the new one; the new management has made significant improvements to the building, and my overall stay went from great to excellent. I would’ve given anything to stay in my beautiful corner unit but unfortunately my work took me out of state. Can’t go wrong with renting here!

  It’s a wonderful place with a rich history. The lobby is absolutely stunning and beautifully captures the early 1900s. The coffee machine brews rich+smooth coffee that makes the experience even more enjoyable.

  Management changed over maybe a year ago now and they are light years better than before. Great location too.

  Been living here for a year now and I love it! The apartment is so nice and the location is amazing — Everything you need is right there. The management is amazing. They are always available, always helpful, and they actually get things done. Never once felt like I was being ignored or brushed off.

  I've been a resident 8 years and have seen management teams come and go. The current team is exceptional - responsive, friendly, and have made numerous improvements to the building in terms of quality community events (paint and sip, bagels/books, plant clipping exchange), vending area upgrade, and possibly most importantly keeping the lobby coffee cups stocked and expanding the tea selection. That last point might not sound like much, but a world of difference it has made. Thank you for all you do Jenna and Bree! PS: there's another noah reviewer who has apparently lived here too - many of the points about the shape of the building at the time were valid, but I think they'd agree if they're still around those views don't reflect the current state of things.
