  I want to give a shoutout and a thank you to Alexander Reese here at the Leasing Office for all his help on Saturday 8/29/26 morning for helping me get the Community Room floor cleaned! When he arrived at 10:00 AM he came to me to check on things and he could tell that the floor was needing a hot/soapy mopping! He quickly took action and I appreciate that he took care of it without hesitation! He also assisted me with setting up the connection to use the speakers within the room with my iPhone in order to play our music selection without a glitch!! I definitely appreciate you Alex for quickly taking care of the matter!

  This is the greatest place. I have lived here for a decade. The staff is always friendly and helpful. From management to maintenance they are always ready to help. Very animal friendly. Super close to wonderful restaurants, one even right next door. Love this place

  Moved in a few months ago and have enjoyed it. The building is quiet, clean and well maintained. Any issues are resolved in a timely manner. Ebonie and Alexander in the leasing office are engaging and continually look to make things better. Chose this place to live in a loft but didn’t want to be downtown. Plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. A short walk to Lafayette Park that allows you to be in nature while living in the city.

  I had a great experience staying at this loft. The space was clean, modern, with plenty of natural light that made it feel open and comfortable. The layout was functional, making it perfect for relaxing or getting work done. Everything I needed was provided, and the attention to detail really stood out. The location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby shops and park. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable stay—I would definitely recommend this loft to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-kept place.

  I'm not actually a resident here, but one of my best friends lives at Lofts at Lafayette Square, so I'm at the property all the time. I've been visiting for quite a while, and I have to say the difference over the past few months has been impossible to miss. For a while, the property seemed like it was just maintaining the status quo. Lately, though, it feels like a completely different place. It's obvious a new team has come in with fresh energy and a real sense of pride. The landscaping looks better, the common areas are cleaner, and there are visible improvements happening throughout the property. It just feels more cared for. Even as a frequent visitor, I've noticed the difference every time I stop by. What really stands out is the communication. My friend has mentioned how much more responsive and proactive the office staff has become, and from my own interactions, everyone has been friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. It's refreshing to see a management team that seems invested in making the community a better place. Sometimes you can tell when a property has new life breathed into it, and that's exactly what seems to be happening here. The positive changes haven't gone unnoticed. Keep up the great work—it shows.
