    One problem after another, but maintenance was quick to identify issues and work quickly to resolve issues. I now have a cool air and no leaking of water from the central air unit.

    The administrative team made it happen quickly, and Brandon came by and did an exception job. He was friendly, efficient and was very helpful throughout the whole process.

    Been living at Sunbrook for 2 years and have no complaints. My air conditioning went out on a Sunday night (extremely hot) and by 930 the next morning the maintenance guys had me cooling again. All the maintenance guys have always been extremely nice, polite and the whole staff is helpful. I appreciate everyone s professionalized and hospitality.
