  Not a bad experience. Just average. My initial experience was not good. I came to Sunbrook to tour a 2 BR apartment. When I walked in, I asked a rep to see a 2 BR apartment. The rep told me they had nothing available. I told her that their website showed 4-5 2 BR available. I eventually went back and started with a different rep. I was close to having the rental unit completed, but the reps daughter had an emergency at school and she immediately left. The other rep there could not complete my application. I returned the next day and I was finally able to complete the process.

  I feel like I sold my soul when I signed this lease. Where do I begin? I wasn't allowed to see the unit before I moved in first red flag. When I moved in it looked like it wasn't clean there was a row of dead bugs on top of the pantry. Deceptive rent, paying almost 1400 dollars a month for bugs to infiltrate your apartment through all the cracks and slivers you didn't caulk up. Mold. MOLD EVEYRWHERE. Look at other reviews, there's mold everywhere. For months I've felt weird pressure and inability to breath at night. Definitely because all the mold hidden behind the walls. I'm going to go the front office on Monday and see what they have to say about it, doubt they'll fix it. Can't wait until my lease up, won't look back twice from here.

  Workers came and left as they pleased. No communication untill I followed them out the door. Issue was recorded as completed but nothing was done. I have tile missing from my bathroom wall covered with black plastic. Did not show up with proper equipment to fix issue even thou one of the workers had already been to the apartment and seen then issue.

  The Property Manager I spoke with was easy to talk to, provided details of the rental units, details of expenses I could expect and didn't hesitate to gather information to qualify for rental approval. Loved the kitchen. Would have given a 5 but the closet door did not close all the way. Propery was clean and grounds well maintained.

  Just moved in here, staff is very welcoming and did a great job. When I showed up they had 8 tours scheduled and were shorthanded but still made time for me and got me moved in smoothly. Thank you Bri and Loraine!
