I also love the exercise equipment, & the climate controlled 'mail room' where packages (that aren't delivered to the apartment door) are delivered, and the mail box area that is also inside. I love that City View has a pool. I also love that these features all come with a very affordable rent. North Kansas City has a lot to offer, and is a wonderful area to live in.
