  Chapel Ridge Townhomes is a quiet, safe, and family-friendly community in a great location near shopping and entertainment in Lee’s Summit. Myisha and Jayda made the leasing process easy with their friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive service. There are also many events put on for the residents to get to know one another, which is a nice ice-breaker. The maintenance team is also quick to address any issues and friendly. I highly recommend Chapel Ridge for anyone looking for a great place to live!

  Chapel Ridge is a great place to stay! The leasing agents and maintenance crew are very hospitable and friendly. Always a phone call or email away, they make sure to stay on top of the day to days.

  We had such a wonderful experience working with the team at Chapel Ridge Townhomes! Myisha and Jayda were both incredibly helpful and always supportive throughout the entire process. You can truly tell they care about their community! I’m so grateful for their support and excited for this next chapter in our new home!
