I'd give negative stars if I could. Here's why:
Our original lease was from May 17, 2025 until May 31, 2026. We payed the deposit, first month rent for June, fees and the "extras" for June( maintenance package, pet rent, HOA.) We were told once we moved in, the only thing due was the pro rated rent for those weeks in May. We paid and noticed there were still charges for the "extras." Apparently, even though our lease was only active for 2 weeks in May, we still had to pay for the entire month. Ridiculous to say the least. Especially since that was not explained to us. Scamming people.
We moved here from out of state. My husband arrived first. Upon inspection of the unit prior to moving in, he as well as my sister noticed how incredibly filthy the place was. Not to mention, the floors were/are in horrible condition. This has all been documented. It took a lot of deep cleaning on their part to get the place ready for myself and our children to arrive.
We put in a meld shortly after arrival to have the floors repaired. Apparently, the company you use discontinued the color of the floors. We were told that the whole house would need to be redone to match. The ball was severely dropped on this property prior to rental.
In the year that we've been here, the dishwasher has needed repair, the condensate line backed up and filled our garage with water and now we're without a refrigerator. It is a very basic model that is in rough shape. One of the drawers up top broke and the bottom rack in the door is held up with tape.
A maintenance tech came out 12 days ago and replaced some parts. It worked again for about 3 hours. I then received a call saying another tech was going to come to "confirm" it needs replaced. Obviously it needs replaced. Putting lipstick on a pig isn't helping.
We've now lost food we can't afford to replace and the little bit we could salvage is in coolers. I spoke to our property manager who informed me she'd put in a request for a new fridge asap. Here we are. Still no fridge almost 2 weeks later. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday. Never came and can't ever get a live person on the phone.
I finally receive a text this morning saying the one that was to be delivered was delayed and that a tech would bring me one around 6pm. He texts me at 6:09 and says the tech is in route to me. Awesome, right? It's almost 8 and he finally tells me the tech is coming in an hour and a half. Which would be around 9pm. So completely unacceptable.
Lastly, for now anyways, when our renewal came, you all charged us (2) $199 renewal fees. It took weeks and several calls and texts to have the additional charge removed. I was then informed it couldn't be removed until June 1st. It was finally removed June 4th.
Stay away from this company. I regret ever moving here.
Its always easy to point out the negatives about any company...especially property management, but Amanda and Dayton have always taken good care of us. Yesterday the AC went out. AC is not considered an emergency but we are in a heat wave. They got a ln hvac tech out here in 24 hours. They always answer their phone or reply to emails. Very happy with them.

Awful. Everything about it awful. Communication, maintenance, property, you name it. They were a nightmare to deal with from the moment we moved in. Had nothing, but issues with the property and always had to fight to get communication and answers. Never wanted to handle anything. Even when we had professionals come in to deal with an issue who told us it was something our landlords/rental company needed to deal with they still turned the other way..When it came to getting our security deposit back they assured us to not worry about things that we had brought concerns up about before, yet they still dinged us for and took 75% of the deposit... would NEVER rent from them again. I promise you'll want to find someone else

1 star. I had a tour scheduled today at 6 PM that I booked about 4 days ago, and I even received a confirmation text last night confirming the appointment. When I went back to check the listing location, the listing had completely disappeared with no explanation. I’m assuming it was already leased out. I received no email, text, or call letting me know. I tried calling Northpoint multiple times and the phone just rang with no answer.
It’s extremely frustrating how often leasing companies waste people’s time and money by continuing to allow tours and applications for properties that are apparently no longer available. At the very least, communicate with people instead of leaving them to figure it out themselves hours before a scheduled tour.

I just signed a lease with Northpoint Assest Management. I love how helpful they are with getting you all set up for move in. My property manager, Stephanie Gandre has been so awesome so far with answering questions and making sure my move in process goes smoothly.
