Myisha and Peyton were amazing! They helped us get a tour of the townhomes quickly and helped us settle everything when moving in/signing the lease! They were patient with us and made our experience great

Payton was excellent! He was able to fit me into his schedule and still saw me even with me running late. He answered all my questions! He is the reason we have our place!

Chapel Ridge Townhomes is a quiet, safe, and family-friendly community in a great location near shopping and entertainment in Lee’s Summit. Myisha and Jayda made the leasing process easy with their friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive service. There are also many events put on for the residents to get to know one another, which is a nice ice-breaker. The maintenance team is also quick to address any issues and friendly. I highly recommend Chapel Ridge for anyone looking for a great place to live!

Chapel Ridge is a great place to stay! The leasing agents and maintenance crew are very hospitable and friendly. Always a phone call or email away, they make sure to stay on top of the day to days.
