  Love living here workers are amazing help whenever you need very peaceful stay. And the perks here are amazing pool, sauna, gym, amenify etc.

  Living here has been a wonderful experience. They have community activities for all and children, your safety is their priority. They keep the place well kept and there are more updates coming, I am sad to miss it. I can’t say enough about the office staff and maintenance crew, they go above and beyond and very respectful and helpful. I am only moving due to a job relocation or I would not be moving. Oh and the pest control is a bonus along with w/d in unit and utilities are very affordable. I am really going to miss it here. I thank all staff here for everything and wish all the best. Oh, and the grounds, another plus, the trees , and landscape are awesome.

  Timberlane Village Apartments will have to be one of the best affordable living complexes in the KC south area. With their newly updated units and beautiful landscape compliments their friendly staff. I've been a resident for 12 years and its been been nothing but five star quality! Very comfortable living with a upscale vibe.

  The lady in the office {Monique) is super rude , unprofessional , sound miserable and hateful. I’m not sure what their hourly pay is but don’t hate on the tenants who actually have a education and a real job. They charge so much a month not acknowledging the place is falling apart. Sad Monique still works for this Timberline but I understand you having her back Regina. You're more professional but I had a bad experience with Monique & it is personal no just with me . You can remove this review but it’s here for tenants and that I am for now. I seriously don’t bother no one literally and I stay in my lane but I’m not comfortable calling the office for anything.
