All the staffs & maintenance team has been very nice & attentive. They are always there to answer your concerns & needs. Place itself was peaceful & safe and our neighbors has been respectful & friendly. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to be with Timberlane family.
- GJGigi JerrieMay 21, 20261.0Don't waste your money or time with these cutthroat UNSCRUPULOUS individuals.....u NEVER know how much your rent will be every month because it changes EVERY month. The water bill is included with your rent payment.....and it varies it depends on how many shower u take...LOL. The outside looks much better than the inside of these OLD very outdated units. I would say MORE, however I don't have anymore time to waste......just remember....u have been WARNED.....they're not AWFUL, they're just NOT good....FYI the pool is rarely open because apparently they can't seem to keep it clean and up to city code.....my advice would be if looking your for safe and clean space to stay......keep looking

- SCSophia CowellMay 14, 20265.0Living here has been a wonderful experience. They have community activities for all and children, your safety is their priority. They keep the place well kept and there are more updates coming, I am sad to miss it. I can’t say enough about the office staff and maintenance crew, they go above and beyond and very respectful and helpful. I am only moving due to a job relocation or I would not be moving. Oh and the pest control is a bonus along with w/d in unit and utilities are very affordable. I am really going to miss it here. I thank all staff here for everything and wish all the best. Oh, and the grounds, another plus, the trees , and landscape are awesome.

With their newly updated units and beautiful landscape compliments their friendly staff. I've been a resident for 12 years and its been been nothing but five star quality! Very comfortable living with a upscale vibe.
