  My car was recently attempted to be stolen and vandalized . Reached out to the front office there are no cameras, however this supposed to be a gated community. Called 911 and it will 10 minutes to 4 hours to get here to even do a police report.

  DO NOT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE EXTRA $$ TO FIX YOUR CAR WINDOWS AND HANDLES. 3RD BREAK IN SECURITY IS A JOKE. THE KC POLICE WON'T EVEN COME FOR A POLICE REPORT SO MANY OF THEM A WEEK. SECURED GATES OFF THE HINGES THEY RECRUITED ALL THE KC RIFF RAFF INTO THIS ONCE BEAUTIFUL COMMUNITY. MAILROOM, POOL & CARS VANDALIZED. NEW MANAGEMENT, NEW STAFF SIMPLY DONT CARE NOT EVEN A COURTESY CALL BACK! IN MY 14 YEARS IN KC THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST EXPERIENCE AND RENTERS NIGHTMARE. I MISS MOLLY AND THE OLD STAFF MEMBERS. AT LEAST THEY CARED

  I was moving from over a hundred miles away for a new job and had little time to find a place. Timber Lakes was the first of four appointments when I road tripped here. I will say that Morgan was on point, from the beginning, on explaining the complex, what was required, and the specials that they had going on. After a superb tour of one of the available floor plans, she took the extra time to show me an additional space that was available but wouldn't last long. It's the apartment I am living in now and it is pretty nice. I also want to add that I only made it to the second appointment which didn't last long because for the price, the available place offered to me was superb. and I could tell early on that the other places weren't going to come anywhere close. I called Morgan back, she cleared the calendar for me and we got the ball rolling. Low pressure, solid answers, in person, over the phone and by email. She also was a great help explaining the new secure mail room process and made sure my access card was working. This is the above-and-beyond type of help that I haven't normally seen at other apartments I have lived in. There is also a new office manager working there, I don't remember her name, but she is friendly and dynamic and it's apparent she has the right energy to get things done at the complex.....like the asphalt repair, which I thank them soooo much for getting it done. The end.

  On top of non refundable pet deposits.. and monthly pet rent you have to create a pet profile for each pet and pay an additional $30 per pet when lease states a $25 fee... Insulation isn't that great and apartments are drafty. The apartments are decent but a bit pricey especially accounting for all the amenity fees and pet fees. Energy bills are very high when weather gets hot or cold. It's a step in the journey.. not a home

  PLEASE READ!!!! DONOT MOVE HERE!!!! Unfortunately, I’m embarrassed to say that It’s been 2 weeks now since I’ve applied, they’ve blocked me from calling their 816 number and I still haven’t received my refundable $250 back (admin fee Katie the supervisor promised I’ll receive by 6/25 the day after her Birthday, which seemed strange. I called today, Reggie answered but was under the assumption I have received the funds. Then told me Katie will be in today and will have her give me a call today. Again she still hasn’t. So now I am confused.
