  Take a drive on the property and see for yourself. 3rd Management company in 3 years. At least 6 different office staff. It's hard to make a connection. New property Manager is a sweetheart but she inherited a war zone. Gates never have worked since I moved in. Potholes for days. Winter you can't even get the cars out of the parking garage. My car has had windows broken twice. I haven't moved but have considered it because I don't feel safe here at all.

  PLEASE READ!!!! DONOT MOVE HERE!!!! Unfortunately, I’m embarrassed to say that It’s been 2 weeks now since I’ve applied, they’ve blocked me from calling their 816 number and I still haven’t received my refundable $250 back (admin fee Katie the supervisor promised I’ll receive by 6/25 the day after her Birthday, which seemed strange. I called today, Reggie answered but was under the assumption I have received the funds. Then told me Katie will be in today and will have her give me a call today. Again she still hasn’t. So now I am confused.

  I’ve enjoyed living here until the recent change in management. Unfortunately, my experience over the past few days has been disappointing. As this has been my first encounters with the new management team, the interactions have come across as rude and unprofessional, and communication has felt abrupt rather than respectful. professionalism and clear communication should still be a priority. I hope this improves moving forward.
