  I just moved in last week and I have to say that even though I have not lived here that long, my experience with The Reserve at Barry has already been exponentially better than my last apartment. The staff has been amazing at answering all of my questions and have been very welcoming to me & my pets. I had a few things that needed taken care of after my walk thru and they were all done by the next day. Even with so many residents, it was nice to feel taken care of instead of feeling like just a number.

  Overall this is the best place I've reside in out of all the apartments that I've lived in. Staff is always friendly, consistent in their communication, great amenities, and very timely on their maintenance work. Only thing here is that the pools are always experiencing some type of "repair" every year, making it feels like it is never open. Ultimately taking away days of the year for the residence to enjoy this amenity. I'm positive this can be improved.

  I have been living here for 3 years and i have to say maintenance is the best i have seen in this property . They are quick to respond to work order and they go above and beyond . I had a leak in my apartment and on my way to the office i saw one of the maintenance guy which turn out to be oscar the maintenace supervisor he stop what he was doing and went in to my apartment and fix the problem and in less than an hour i had the carpet company cleaning the carpet. Thank you Great job guys keep up the good work

  I have lived here for a year and have had nothing bad to say about it. Neighbors are super friendly. The apartment is clean and in great shape. The one this that was wrong was fixed promptly after I put in a request. The staff is super nice and helpful. This apartment couldn't have a better location! The fitness center was just remodeled and is quite nice. Parking is readily available and the area is much more quiet than you might expect for being so close to so many things. Resigning my least today.

  The complex has ups and downs. The rent is affordable and the location is great. From my experience, maintenance requests have been resolved pretty quickly. The office staff is friendly. We like the park access for our daughter. I have never used the gym and haven't lived here long enough to utilize the pool(s). There is a wide array of tenants, some families, some young, some older, some with kids, some without. The issues I have had, have more to do with some of the other tenants than with the complex itself. I have issues with things like littering cigarette butts, not picking up after dog poop...stuff like that. Overall, it's a quiet neighborhood. I would recommend it to anyone on a budget, looking for something affordable that is still reasonable and conveniently located.
