  I loved living here for 2 years! Top notch appliances, thoughtfully designed layouts, and excellent management! I never heard my neighbors or anyone above me. If you work in downtown, this is a great place to live!

  I clicked on Apartments dot com that I wanted more info on the apartment in ~Oct/Nov 2025. They just sent an email all the way in August 2026. Don't do that.

  Heading into the second year of living here and my A/C stopped blowing cold air right before the holiday weekend during an extreme heat warning, and the way the situation was handled was extremely disappointing. We went nearly two days with little to no communication from the leasing office while our apartment continued getting hotter. We were left constantly wondering what was happening with our work order. Don't even waste your time calling the emergency maintenance line. SK Security downstairs had more information about the status of our work order than the leasing staff did, which is unacceptable. Because of the heat, we ended up having to get a hotel room and spend extra money eating out since it wasn't realistic to cook in our apartment. I understand that maintenance issues happen, but emergencies should be treated like emergencies, and residents deserve clear communication and timely updates. This experience made it feel like management cared more about checking a box than taking care of the people who live here. I really hope they improve their communication and response to emergency maintenance situations because no resident should be left in the dark during an extreme heat warning. UPDATE Super unacceptable to respond to this review but can’t respond to the email where I asked you guys for an explanation on the two days you left us with temperatures reaching 80 plus degrees on an extreme heat warning with no communication. When the maintenance technician came in that morning temperature was fine in the apartment because the sun just had rised an hour before. It hadn’t even hit the heat of the day yet. As soon as it hit noon and it wouldn’t reach 68 we tried to connect to your emergency line with no RESPONSE. We were left fending for ourselves in the heat for those two days reaching 80 plus degrees. Unacceptable and super sad you guys respond like this to my review.

  The Grand is a wonderful place to live! I just decided to renew my lease. I’ve worked downtown for several years and finally decided to move downtown last year. After much research (and knowing the area) I decided on The Grand for several reasons. The building is beautiful. I was familiar with it before they remodeled it and they really did a number on it. THICK CONCRETE FLOORS!!! You will not hear people above you or the neighbors stomping around next door. Great amenities - more than just the gym (well maintained) - rooftop with pool is amazing. Great people - neighbors, security and management. It’s been a very good experience, and the price point is more than excellent when you compare to the rest of downtown and the greater metro area - especially if you are working downtown and want to walk to work.

  You guys are absolutely amazing! I turned a work order in yesterday morning and it was completed by the afternoon. Thank you so much! I truly appreciate how tenant-focused your office is and how quickly you respond to residents' needs. One of the things I love most about living here is the sense of community. There are always fun events and activities for residents, which makes it easy to meet neighbors and feel connected. The atmosphere is welcoming, friendly, and genuinely feels like home. Moving here was one of the best decisions I've made. Between the excellent management team, prompt maintenance service, resident events, and the overall positive environment, I couldn't be happier. Thank you for making this such a wonderful place to live!
