  If you are looking to rent from KC Rentals, check the Jackson County property records. Most of these homes are owned by large companies that aren't even in the Midwest. Outside entities are buying up Kansas City and selling it back to you at a higher cost.

  The team at MyKC took over managing my two properties nearly ten years ago. As an overseas-based landlord it's been critical to have a good managing agent. These guys are exceptional. They have been professional, efficient and empathetic. They've supported me through evictions, tenants skipping out, tenants trashing the property and all the routine issues that crop up from time to time. I can't recommend MyKC highly enough.
