Ive lived here before about a few years ago & never had any problems,but i had ended up coming back & noticed its going downhill. Ive put work orders in from months ago and nothing has been fixed til this day. I do not recommend this complex to anyone

They will schedule you an appointment and then tell you to come back another day, if they can’t manage your visit they can’t manage your living situation

Went to possibly get an apartment here and just driving around to check place out there are 17 vehicles with no plates or 8 month old temp tags and 1 car with a boot on the wheel. Makes it seem like a ghetto apartment complex

They are neglant about their property. They want to put news letters out telling everyone what they are supposed to do and then they don't follow the lease themselves. Expired plates on vehicles and no plates at all. Property sing has graffiti all over it. Most half of all the buildings their steps are falling apart unstable and some are marked off with tape and haven't been fixed in months almost over a year. The garbage is always piled up at the compactor furniture piled up at the entrance to the dumpster. They want to stress all the rules and regulations to the lease but then they don't want to abide by the lease that sell and neglect their property they're still cars that are sitting in the parking lots with expired plates and no plates and derelict cars. The steps haven't been fixed in over 6 months to a year. When you come in the entrance of the property there's a big billboard sign with the properties name with graffiti sprayed all over it. When you tell the office manager that things need to be done she tells you not to tell her how to do her job when she isn't doing her job. Then she tries to get you for overcharging you a late fee because she doesn't update the ledger in the portal where you go and pay your rent. If you call the LOFT number for the residential portal and talk to them they will tell you that the office manager is responsible for updating he ledger but will be told by other office Clark's that their excuses is a third parties responsibility which it's not.Update the amount that's in there and to update it to where you can put the amount that you want to put in to pay your rent that you aren't able to do. You can't take your dog out to potty because everybody else's dog has pooped everywhere. I won't be renewing my lease when it's time to renew. Both properties are not maintained as they should be and management has neglected to do their jobs. I wanted to update its May 2026 it's mother's Day out and about and I took pictures now yesterday I took pictures posted it on their Facebook and they wanted to come back and tell me that that was resolved that the pictures were old which was a lie because I haven't dated in my phone now today I have taken some more pictures since they blocked me I can get my reviews here.
