Beyond shady. Casey was absent and did nothing but steal money from us. Much like the company that connected us to her, it’s a total racket. Your property will sit vacant and you will be overcharged if you work with Casey and her team. We finally cancelled the one property she ‘managed.’ She charged us for onboarding for a property that is still under construction to this day. Casey also nickel and dimes applicants for everything, $60 for a section-8 rental application! She charges $50/month for mandatory credit repair for section-8 tenants. Completely immoral and very ineffective way to get a home filled. Casey, you made poor business decisions partnering with unscrupulous people. You got $515 out of me for literally nothing. I hope you find your way back to proper business practices.
