  i viewed an apartment on june 26,2026 i toured with cece she was very nice and helpful ,she answered my questions everything i asked her. Although those apartments were not for me cece was very helpful. i didnt like the fact that nothing is included in your rent and the laundry room looked creepy. i believe i was shown a non renovated unit , and i was shown a renovated unit from a video and me personally i prefer black appliances and it just wasnt giving for me and also i didnt like that there were no lighting fixtures in the living room or the rooms.

  Been here almost 2 years and management is unprofessional and FAKE Marquita do better.I had a complaint about the bird poop outside the lobby door to enter my building also that the light was out and she told me that she was not going to call about the vendor coming out and if I wanted it wash I could do it myself I’m not about to type each detail but she was very rude you can put in a billion request and they will make excuses on why it can’t be fixed if u read this and are considering moving here do yourself a favor and don’t come here pics shows bird poop as of today been like this for months have asked repeatedly for it to be cleaned

  I loved it definitely considering these apartments Levert Payne did amazing job during our tour and informing me on all the information about Heatherton and I was able to view 1bed and 2bed garden and also 2bed townhome n I loved every single last one of them but 2 bed townhome has my heart definitely come see him to do your tour won’t regret it

  I absolutely love the team at Heatherton Estates! Their Property Manager Marquita does a fantastic job of taking care of residents and the community. Keep up the great work!
