  Marquita is a great host , very informative very nice very much knows how to represent her property and community just with the conversations with her in ready to apply and become a Heatherton Resident 🤍 11/10 highly recommend and the project and community and peaceful and beautiful

  THEY ARE AWFUL, I HAD A GAS LEAK, THEY WEREN'T AVAILABLE, IN OFFICE ON SATURDAY TO ADDRESS THE ISSUE, I CALLED THE 24 HR NUMBER NO ANSWER, I WAS TOLD I WASN'T CALLING THE NUMBER, I HAVEN'T BEEN HERE A MONTH, AND I HAVE ALL THESE ISSUES WITHIN Y UNIT, SOMEONE POSTED A LETTER ON MY DOOR, SAID I VIOLATED MY LEASE. ALL THIS MONEY FOR THESE TRASY UNITS, MOLD, NEED UPDATES ON EVERYTHING... I COULD KEEP GOING, WHO WANTS TO LIVE LIKE THIS... THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL, CALLED THE POLICE AND SAID MY CHILD WAS HOME ALONE, MESSY PEOPLE I TELL YOU, DO NOT EVER COME TO THIS COMMUNITY, I ASKED THE REGIONAL MANAGER WOULD SHE LIVE HERE, SHE SAID THAT SHE'S NOT ANSWERING THE QUESTION, I SAID THAT'S THE ANSWER, YOU ANSWERED IT. YOU WOULDN'T LIVE IN THIS NONSENSE, SO WHY WOULD I CONTINUE TO LIVE HERE.

  The staff here at Heatherton Estates Apartments are excellent, informative and friendly. They make sure you are taken care of. This management team rocks!!!

  If you want roaches wasps and poor property management then this is the place for you. The A/C is cold in the winter and the Furnace is hot in the summer. They advertise gated that’s false the gate is broken and the pool was filled with old green water the last two summers closed for the season. The paint is feeling off the walls laws I just signed my lease two months ago and how I regret moving here. The property manager team don’t care they only care that they get that &1200 even though the apartment was advertised as $950
