  Kenny is the absolute best. He gave an incredible presentation and is super friendly. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

  Toured before grand opening. "Hard-hat" tour. The tour itself was... fine. Standard new construction apartment in the heart of Ellisville. I didn't choose to live here because the rent + fees were atrocious. As their website doesn't state their fees, I'll break them down: One Time Fees: $60 Application Fee $350 Administration Fee $500 Security Deposit $300 Pet Fee (per pet) $60 Occupancy Permit Monthly Charges: $30 Pet Rent (per pet) $75 Technology Fee $75-$150 Parking Fee (Rent, Utilities, Etc...) To recap, with one pet, I was expected to pay $1,270 before putting my foot in the door. Including monthly fees (eg $1,700 rent), upwards of $3,200 for move-in. No thanks. Then my tour guide tried gaslighting me into believing these fees are normal. Seriously?

  I went today to get tour and, Kenny, the assistant manager at Mila Apartments was so nice and welcoming. I was looking to tour a 1 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment and he was very informative about the whole complex. I should mention that I was looking for an ADA apartment and it did not disappoint. The apartment itself was beautiful and had low countertops in the kitchen and bathroom. The shower was wonderful to roll into. The bedroom is spacious and has a walk-in closet. The apartment building is extremely clean and inviting! Anyone would be happy to live here!

  I absolutely love this place! Kenny and KiNikki have been so helpful through the moving process and made it super easy and are always willing to help! Highly recommend to anyone looking for an apartment!

  It is refreshing to finally have new construction and a fresh new take on apartments in Ellisville, MO. Kenny Korber with Mila Apartments in Ellisville, MO is an exceptional person to work with and has made our future on-boarding experience memorable. Kenny takes the time (and has patience) to answer any/all questions, responds quickly, happy to speak live and will walk through every aspect of what to expect from Mila! The apartments are refreshing, new, modern and plenty of floor plans to choose from. It is one thing to have a nice apartment to look forward to, but the service is what matters once you're living in any complex. I have no doubt Kenny will make our experience a good one.
