Big thanks to Kenny at Mila. He made the whole move easy with straight answers and quick paperwork, and he actually followed up when he said he would. I am settled in and it already feels like home. If you are touring Mila, ask for Kenny.

Today I was at the grand opening event at Mila Apartments. The entire event was beautifully thought out — from the delicious food and treats to the overall welcoming atmosphere. The attention to detail really stood out. We were given a tour by Kenny, the assistant manager of the property, and he was absolutely incredible to work with. He was professional, attentive, and made the whole experience feel personal and seamless. Truly impressive! The apartments themselves are modern, spacious and sleek! Love the designs and they truly feel like “home.”

I’ve only lived at the Mila for about a week now, but the staff has been unbelievably wonderful. They helped me so much and gone above and beyond multiple times. The apartment itself is so nice, good quality rooms and the amenities are simple but nice. So far very happy with my stay I look forward to my 12 month lease here. Highly recommend.
