  We have bought and sold a few homes in our 54 years of marriage but our decision to hire Taylor Livingston from Emily Basket Real Estate Team was the best. From our first meeting we were assured that their whole team would be working to help us sell our home. From the first meeting Taylor walked us through what we needed to do to get the best price and sell quickly in a not so favorable buyers' market. You could tell immediately that Taylor loves people and loves what she does. When we needed a professional house cleaner, a painter, a handyman, a tiler, ..she knew who to call, and coordinated the calls and repairs for us at always reasonable rates. Her knowledge of building homes comes from her builder father and her partnership with her husband in building homes. We sold our home just a few days after the first open house. Five Stars!!!

  We loved working with Emily and her team! It was our first experience buying a home and she came highly recommended from friends who had also just bought their first home. She gave insightful advice and was quick to get inspection tasks scheduled or investigated for us. Any time we had a question about a project she was ready with contractor recommendations which relieved extra stress. She is a great listener and her whole team was very accommodating to our rambunctious family during house visits.

  100% would recommend Emily and team! From the first time we met Emily we knew she truly loved her job and worked well with people . She took the time to listen to us and communicate with us and doing whatever she could for us as our agent and we appreciate that so much ! Your team is wonderful, you all have such caring hearts .
