  I received a letter in the mail from community Association management telling me that if I did not turn in an annual census form that they would fine me $50. I do not believe that they are legally allowed to do so. I’ve never, anywhere I’ve ever lived, encountered such greed.

  I can only speak from my perspective as a member of an HOA they oversee. When CAM arrived, it suddenly seemed like our HOA was far more mismanaged, requiring large special assessments. Haven't had this in the three plus years I've been here, presumably because budgets were actually managed well prior to their arrival. The only positive I can give them is that they are okay at communicating, but they certainly aren't the best. They aren't in 100% control of what happens in the HOA, but they oversee it, so any poor management is a reflection on them, and there's definitely a lot of that going around.

  I would not recommend this company at ALL ! They do not listen to HOA homeowners about complaints, And they most certainly lie to make themselves look better! So if you're an HOA looking for a management company to handle your day to day needs I really strongly do not recommend Cam management for your needs. They take on way too many associations and do not have the time to dedicate to each association in a timely and respectful manner, Therefore not allowing the HOA to effectively grow.
