  The staff always had an attitude no matter what I called about. They told me I couldn't move in until the day school started because they were cleaning and preparing my room, which I understood even though it made things difficult for me. However, when I moved in, they had not cleaned the room or made any repairs between occupants at all. The elevator at the 260 location was constantly broken for months. Every time we called, we got a different excuse. On one occasion, I got stuck in the elevator, missed class, and had to wait an hour for the fire department to get me out. The building was never cleaned and often smelled like trash. Management also frequently threatened us with charges for minor or unclear issues. On top of all that, the rent isn't cheap. I'm really not a super picky person, but this place is disappointing and I would not recommend living here. It genuinely shocks me they have this high of a rating.

  I was more excited my lease ended than the day I moved in. Mold was everywhere, bathrooms, laundry room, around the air vents, on the ceiling. We had 3 water leaks, none our fault, yet they wanted to bill/ blame us. We had animals in our ceiling for 5 MONTHS before it was finally taken care of, previously they said we were “crazy” and “hearing things”. We weren’t, a dead bird came out of the airvent in the kitchen. Brookside sucks, I could write an essay about everything they ignored. These buildings are not clean and they are not safe. Homeless broke into the apartment hallways all the time probably because the doors didn’t lock. Don’t rent here for your collage kids unless you are ready for a giant pain in the butt.

  The price of renting was absurd for student living and where it was located from campus. I had difficulties settling my rent price with the office and the beginning of the lease I had a balance that should not have been there (took weeks to settle). The place was disgusting at move in, there was no warning about stairs or elevator or anything. I had so many maintenance issues and for the price of the place I should not have had that many issues. I do not recommend this place at all, there’s better options out there. The roommate matching also sucked.

  Toured this facility the other day and I was in disbelief. I've seen a lot of apartment complexes but nothing to this caliber! It was extremely clean, the amenities were great, and the customer service from Brittany was amazing! Highly recommend.

  New management did construction that occupied the entire year instead of doing it during breaks. On top of that they didn’t let me sublease 2 weeks before scheduled move in. Ridiculous
