I have lived here for three years, and ever since the management team changed, the service has declined significantly. Their emails often appear to be AI-written and they have failed to address residents’ issue multiple times. The building has several ongoing maintenance issues that have never been properly resolved. Unstable water temperature is a common problem, and the hallways smell like rotten trash almost all the time. The biggest issue has been the air conditioning. We experienced problems with the cooling system last year, and this year the situation has become even worse. More than 30 units, including mine, have AC that are not functioning properly. My apartment has been over 84°F, and honestly, they are not doing a good job resolving this. It’s extremely frustrating to pay expensive rent while living in these conditions, especially during the summer.

DO NOT STAY HERE! I have lived in this building since it first opened in 2017, and it’s disappointing to see how much it has declined. Over the years, the property has gone through multiple management companies, and somehow each transition has made things worse instead of better. The hallways consistently smell like hot trash, the carpets often look dirty and appear to go long periods without being vacuumed, and the common areas are simply not maintained to the standard you would expect from a building that advertises itself as “luxury.” One of the most frustrating issues is the hot water. During the winter, getting hot water in the morning felt like winning the lottery. When I brought the issue to the leasing office, the response was dismissive and passive-aggressive, usually along the lines of, “But is it better now?” instead of acknowledging the recurring problem or providing a meaningful solution. Most recently, the HVAC system has been broken for several days. I understand that outside vendors are sometimes needed for major repairs, but my apartment has remained at 81°F indoors while waiting for a fix. That is simply not an acceptable living condition, especially considering the amount residents pay in rent. Another frustrating pattern is the leasing office. They are incredibly attentive and friendly when it’s time for lease renewals, but once you’ve signed, that level of customer service disappears. Concerns are often brushed aside, follow-up is lacking, and interactions leave the impression that resident satisfaction is not a priority. Don’t be fooled by the marketing. This building is far from luxury. At this point, it feels more like an overpriced college dorm with poor management than the upscale apartment community it claims to be. After nearly a decade here, I can confidently say the quality has steadily declined, and I would not recommend living here unless there are significant improvements in management, maintenance, and resident care.

This building is awful. If you find yourself considering moving here, do yourself a favor and look anywhere else. Ever since the new property management company took over in the summer of 2025, it has been one issue after another at this building. The maintenance team is very nice and responsive but clearly the building owners and management are not giving them what they need to succeed. The AC struggles whenever there’s a heat wave and I’m lucky if I can get my apartment cooler than 75 degrees. The AC in the hallways is almost always broken, which causes them to be warm and smell like trash. There was also a several month stretch where the hallway carpets would be soaking wet whenever it rained, because of a leaking pipe. Last summer, a water main broke near the building which released sediment into the buildings water pipes. This caused us to go several days without running water because all of the pipes were backed up, and an additional several weeks to restore hot water. The issue returned in the middle of the winter, and we went several weeks without hot water during one of the coldest stretches of winter. Ever since, I have had sediment coming out of my shower for over 10 months now, and the building has done nothing to fix the issue and get the sediment removed from the building. Every few weeks, the maintenance team has to clean out the sediment after it fills up the shower head and blocks water from coming out. And then the issue returns every few weeks because the underlying problems have never been resolved. Don’t be fooled by the nice amenities, fake 5-star reviews, and “luxury” branding for this building. I’ve lived in much older and less expensive apartments that were far more reliable and comfortable than this one.
