  I’ve lived at Clayton on the Park twice—first about 12 years ago, and then I decided to move back about six months ago because I remembered how much I loved the building, the location, and the overall community. I’m happy to say it has only gotten better. The improvements to the property over the years have been noticeable. The amenities are well-maintained, the common areas are always clean, and the building has a much more modern, polished feel than I remembered. The location is hard to beat—being in the heart of Clayton means you’re within walking distance of great restaurants, shops, parks, and everything the area has to offer. What has impressed me the most, though, is the management team. It’s refreshing to live somewhere that genuinely listens to its residents. When feedback is provided, they don’t just acknowledge it—they actually take action and continue investing in making the resident experience better. That level of responsiveness is rare and speaks volumes about the management company’s commitment to the community. I also want to recognize Tanner, Mahogany, and Kylie in the leasing office. They have all been incredibly friendly, professional, and responsive throughout my move back and during my time here. Whether answering questions, helping with requests, or simply greeting residents with a smile, they consistently provide outstanding customer service and make everyone feel welcome. If you’re looking for a luxury apartment community in Clayton with an unbeatable location, excellent amenities, and a management team that truly cares about its residents, I highly recommend Clayton on the Park. Moving back here was an easy decision, and six months later, I’m confident it was the right one.

  I popped in for one of the rooftop events this past Wednesday and didn't expect to stay as long as I did. Krista's welcoming presence as property manager, along with the energy, music, and atmosphere, made it truly engaging. There's clear intentionality behind creating experiences that bring people together. Choosing to live here after downsizing and selling our home in 2025 was the right decision. The entire team has been responsive, going out of their way to help us adjust to apartment/community living with ease. We upgraded to a larger upper-floor unit after closing, and every day, CTOP feels more and more like home.

  We just had a Wine Down Wednesday event catered by Eric of Tani Sushi restaurant. Wonderful food, great company, relaxing environment. It's nice to come home to COTP every day!

  I have lived at Clayton on the Park for 2 years. I chose this building because of location meaning near restaurants, activities and being close to the highway. I wanted an airy location in my apartment and a sunset view which I received both. Two years ago the management staff was the only thing not up to par. The staff now with Krista a long with her team she has built are absolutely superb! They are professional and always knowledgeable of the building which if you have ever lived in a high rise you will know it’s very complex. I don’t plan to move any time soon because I know I am welcome here and always taken care of. David the new front desk person it’s always friendly dressed professionally and ready for the day. He keeps the front lobby looking spectacular. I will finish with Carlitos who is always great and willing to help. This weekend alone he spent several hours making sure everyone was warm and the building was running smoothly during the severe storm. I can’t say enough good things about this place.

  Had a tour at Clayton on the Park and the Leasing agent Josh was amazing! He was very knowledgeable about all the floor plans and specials going on. The property is beautiful and seems to have a great onsite management team.
