  Never got my security deposit back. I moved out over two months ago and provided my forwarding address by email. But despite sending multiple follow‑up emails recently, I have received almost zero response from the management team. They simply kept my money without any explanation. This is completely unprofessional, and I would not recommend renting here unless you want to lose your deposit too.

  Lovely place, problem is that is not LGBT+ friendly at all, the fitness instructor RC is homofobic, he insulted me a couple of times with no reason other than my sexuality. The organization of this place did nothing about it, just ignored me.

  Don't even bother with this building! I scheduled a tour two days in advance, received a confirmation email, and showed up early. When I arrived, they told me the appointment wasn’t on file and refused to honor it even when I showed my confirmation email. They also wouldn’t speak to us themselves—front desk had us fill out a form and wait for a call. The lack of basic communication is unacceptable. I would not recommend this building. UPDATE: Of course they tell you to call and then won’t answer the number they provide. They post the standard “we’re sorry” reply to cover themselves, but they won’t actually make anything right. Don’t waste your time touring—listen to the bad reviews and go anywhere else.

  UPDATE: 8/8/2026 the window is still leaking no answers other other than a dehumidifier and silicone. Absolutely ridiculous. Original review: Window has been leaking for over a month and nothing has been done to fix this. Our apartment floor is wet after every rain. This is completely unacceptable for the rent we pay. No action plans have been shared. The only remedy was putting silicone on a rusted out window. Leaks still happening and response rate is getting slower and slower. If you want a luxury apartment look elsewhere.

  I’ve lived at Clayton on the Park twice—first about 12 years ago, and then I decided to move back about six months ago because I remembered how much I loved the building, the location, and the overall community. I’m happy to say it has only gotten better. The improvements to the property over the years have been noticeable. The amenities are well-maintained, the common areas are always clean, and the building has a much more modern, polished feel than I remembered. The location is hard to beat—being in the heart of Clayton means you’re within walking distance of great restaurants, shops, parks, and everything the area has to offer. If you’re looking for a luxury apartment community in Clayton with an unbeatable location, excellent amenities, and a management team that truly cares about its residents, I highly recommend Clayton on the Park. Moving back here was an easy decision, and six months later, I’m confident it was the right one.
