- AEAmy Elliott2 days ago1.0I’ve only lived here 2 weeks and I can confidently tell you that it’s the worst place I’ve ever lived. There is NO customer service whatsoever here. I’ve emailed and messaged maintenance, the leasing office and the concierge every single day for over a week with zero response. The dryer fell off the stackable washer the first day and almost killed my dog. We haven’t been able to do laundry at all, and I live in the most expensive unit here. Save your money. I was told to take my laundry downstairs and do it in the laundromat. Hah!! Not while I’m paying to have it in my actual Unit?? This place sucks. Any by the way~ if anyone calls that number being posted by the “owner” just don’t even bother. It is automated and no one will talk to you anyway. **Clayton on the park owner, who responded to this review: please carefully read above. Nobody answers at that number, nor will anybody help me in a timely and appropriate manor. Do you have any actual advice, or will you just keep charging me for appliances I can’t even use? As an alternative, YOU can come pick up my laundry and do it while I’m at work today and then return it. Seems fair. ***This will continue to be posted until you stop giving an automated message with a bullshit number that nobody answers.

- PYPan YangJul 24, 20261.0Never got my security deposit back. I moved out over two months ago and provided my forwarding address by email. But despite sending multiple follow‑up emails recently, I have received almost zero response from the management team. They simply kept my money without any explanation. This is completely unprofessional, and I would not recommend renting here unless you want to lose your deposit too.
- RARemebrance AccountJul 15, 20261.0Lovely place, problem is that is not LGBT+ friendly at all, the fitness instructor RC is homofobic, he insulted me a couple of times with no reason other than my sexuality. The organization of this place did nothing about it, just ignored me.
