- DDDaniel DowdAug 4, 20261.0This place is built for the 2 minute walk through, with nice finishes. However they clearly cut corners that show immediately after you move in. The walls are paper thin. I've lived in many apartments but this one is the most expensive and has the worst sound insulation. Management also will not do anything about neighbors who breach quiet hours. So it's really not worth it unless you think you can trust 4 strangers to be respectful of their noise levels. Furthermore management will use dismissive statments like "you're just getting used to apartment living". Which is just insult to injury when you're being woken up from loud banging in at 6am. You can see them saying things like that in other reviews. If you do end up with a neighbor who is not respectful, they just won't care and there won't be anything you can do about it. Just absolute trash.

Thanks to Holly and Cierra—they are incredibly professional, warm, and always quick to help with any requests. Hands down the best apartment community I’ve ever stayed in. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to call home!

- JEJames EmanuelJul 2, 20265.0I greatly enjoyed my experience of living here. The facilities are brand new and well-kept. I got a lot of use out of the pool and gym, and one of the best amenities is the work-from-home space. I found that space to be comfortable and quiet, and the easy commute made it a nice alternative to the office. Like all of the common spaces, it too is kept clean and neat and comfortable. I have to give kudos to Cierra, one of the building management staff. She was attentive and accommodating, and helped to address my concerns. Additionally, Drew on the maintenance staff was incredibly helpful and professional. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend the building to anyone interested in living in downtown Clayton. Thank you, Bemiston staff!
