  Overall, this is a nice building that's very well maintained. The staff is friendly and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The grounds are well kept, and the amenity areas are always clean and available to use. The building never feels crowded. The main downside is parking around the building, which can be an issue. There's also quite a bit of construction going on, and it will likely continue for a while as additional buildings are added.

  Avoid 2B Residential Apartments! They are nice but they don’t work with you!

  Shout out to the maintenance crew at the Flats--they're quick to open a door, respectful and friendly, and they handle work items quickly and efficiently. It's great to live in a building with star performers.

  I have had a great experience living at The Flats and Terraces. The property is very clean, feels safe, is very quiet for community living, and offers great amenities. Management is always responsive, helpful, and willing to assist with anything that comes up. It has been a wonderful place to live and I recommend it to anyone looking in the area!
