- MMmichaelApr 22, 20261.0Zach and his brother mismanaged our portfolio of long-term rental properties, providing us with unreadable monthly statements where numbers never added up, refused to address their accounting inaccuracies, failed to notify us of vacancies, failed to refill apartments in a timely manner (some for up to a year), and billed us highly inflated maintenance and repairs that upon inspection were often projects left incomplete or done with extremely low quality. When we interviewed our tenants about their experience, most said PMI did not respond to their maintenance requests or calls. Moreover Zach’s brother treated us hostily with arrogance and no professionalism throughout the process of trying to clean up the mess they made of our portfolio and extricate ourselves from their management. Avoid PMI STL Metro at all costs.
