  The sprinkler system has been running for approximately 24hrs., which is continuing to fill the mosquito moat - another sustained issue that needs legit management.

  They are terrible and unprofessional. They don’t maintenance their properties. And there communication skills are shit. They price hike your rent. But don’t put anything back into the property. I’ll give them 0 stars but unfortunately and to put one. Just to give this review. PLAY AT YOUR OWN RISK. Dealing with this please.

  Zach and his crew are the BEST! All the negative reviews are from tenants who didn't pay rent, abused the property, etc. Of course they're going to say negative things. Ignore it. If you want someone to actually manage your property you own or rent from a company like PMI who will find you a home or property to lease and actually take excellent care of your living space then use PMI!
