I was unsure if I was going to post this review but after many failed attempts to reach the complex’s attention this needs to be said. On June 8 I noticed a water leak in my bathroom (I was in a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment) and so I took a photo and sent in a high priority maintenance request. I waited around for days and never heard anything. Then I get home from work on June 12 and now there is a water leak from the ceiling in both bathrooms and water was starting to drop from the ceiling. I called the emergency maintenance number and no one answered to so left a voicemail and thought surely someone would come by the next day or atleast call me! Nothing! Not a phone call nor did anyone come to check it out. On June 15 I submitted ANOTHER high priority maintenance request notifying them both my bathrooms were leaking water from the ceiling and all day went by and I heard nothing so I finally decided to email them because I wasn’t getting any response and now there was MOLD starting to grow on the ceiling from the water leak that’s been getting worse day by day! I sent an email on the night of June 15 stating everything that was happening and how it needed to be addressed. It wasn’t until the next day June 16 at 3:30pm in the afternoon did I get an email back saying they would send someone that day! So I waited around all evening and NO ONE came! I was so frustrated at this point. Then Thursday June 18 I was getting ready to leave for work and the guy from the leasing office who lived right by me asked me about the issue where I stated NOTHING still had been done and how this was getting out of hand to where he told me when he got in the next morning he would make sure he noticed maintenance and someone would come by and so the next day on Friday I waited around and STILL NO ONE CAME so I submitted yet ANOTHER maintenance request to which NO ONE answered yet again! The mold keeps growing and it was not safe to live in at this point! I was already set to move out June 26th from this apartment but I moved out this past weekend to get as far away from that place as I can get! When I went to turn in my keys Monday June 22 I made sure to address the issue in office and spoke with the manager to where all I got was they were sorry the issue wasn’t addressed and they would send someone by. I just handed over my keys and said I’m moving out early and I’m tired of hearing I’ll send someone by and NO ONE ever came! I have attached photos! And this wasn’t the only bad encounter i had with this complex! Last summer a month or so after I moved in my AC stopped working and it took 10 days and me sending my dad to go talk to them for them to fix it and they didn’t reimburse any of my rent for me not being able to live there for those 10 days! This complex I had high hopes for when I moved in but consistently let me down when it came to anything maintenance related! I’m honestly so disappointed with how this complex runs! I have attached the photo of when I first noticed the leak back on June 8 to the day I moved out June 22 along with all the maintenance requests I submitted and the email I sent to them and the email I received back to which NO ONE called or ever came by in those 3 weeks! If I could rate this complex a 0 out of 5 stars I would!

I don’t plan on living here for many years there are moms who have a group of kids on the tennis court most nights making a bunch of noise I know telling the office won’t do much and things consistently break they don’t return phone calls and before I moved in the air conditioning was broken for months they had to switch trash companies several times so someone gets it on time now each time

I cannot say enough good things about Marqueese. From the very beginning of my apartment process, he was professional, patient, and genuinely helpful. Moving can be stressful, especially when relocating to a new area, but he made the entire experience smooth and much less overwhelming.
He was always quick to answer questions, kept me informed throughout the process, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. His positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to help did not go unnoticed.

Reasonable pricing for the area is the only thing that saves this place. In the winter we were left multiple notes about radon testing and needing to clear out the laundry room. We did that multiple times and nobody ever came. They finally did come a month later with no notice. When a maintenance guy came back to grab the test kit, I was told we were scheduled for drywall repairs, but that he did not see any issues. I was told that the drywall service would be canceled so we did not prepare for work to be done. Came back the next day and they did drywall work and left the dust EVERYWHERE, clearly not caring about it getting on our furniture, clothes, dishes, and other belongings. Fast forward to now and we’ve had a giant water spot on our hallway ceiling that has been sitting there for almost two weeks and has done nothing but grow. I’ve talked with the office twice, and left 3 messages after submitting the maintenance request. Was told someone would be by but have not received any communication since. They seem to not care that we’re inhaling mold or that the ceiling could randomly fall through at any point. I understand this is a big complex and I have tried being patient, but it’s ridiculous that I can’t even get anybody to even just LOOK at a serious problem like this.
