  Truly an awful company to work with. Not only predatory, but also malicious. Leah managed to go thru 4 different maintenance people in the 8 months we had to deal with her, all of them quit because of the constant complaints from tenants and the slumlord responses to those requests.

  Great place to do business with. Great people who do great work in your property issues needing completed. Done right the first time. Some things take a bit longer than others. Unforseen issues are also addressed with great care . And solved. Great office personnel , Professional site staff . Getting it done . Even cleaned up after completion. Making it all look spectacular.

  Lots of deception here. I searched their properties due to their BBB accreditation because I was tired of having terrible landlords. I was shown an apartment that I liked but that needed some finishing work. I thought I was renting from A+B right up until the moment that i was signing the lease and it said "Frontier Property Management". I thought maybe just another name? Nope. I report all the maintenance issues. Long list. Very long. It took over a month for any repairs to be done, some of which maintenance refuses to do. I know A+B sent along my messages and all that but also struggled to get across an issue where I overpaid. A+B told me a price for both deposit and rent which were about $75 more than the lease. It took a month and a half for this to be corrected. I just wouldn't be dealing with these issues if I was renting from A+B but I guess they just show apartment for other property owners, which was never explained to me and I looked at several apartments. Now I'm stuck living somewhere for a year where my neighbors constantly scream-as in I've called the cops, the child abuse hotline and recorded videos I sent to management it is so bad, maintenance only kinda does Their job and issues take months to be addressed.Their communication is somewhat lacking. I specifically mentioned that a previous landlord constantly violated my privacy by coming and going without notice. 2 weeks after moving in, I came home late one night to find an agent leaving my apartment with a prospective tenant. I had my 2 cats there, who were presumed to be abandoned despite all my belongings being there. Like my bed, tv, all my electronics and clearly someone unpacking. Me and my bf were very creeped and thought we were being robbed.
