  Im glad they're really trying to clean this place up!! Staff is super friendly and helpful! Pet friendly!! A GREAT place to live for the price!!

  They are very unprofessional and corrupt they just fired a landlord here because she was taking money out her personal account and sending to tenants I’ve been paying my rent in full every month before the deadline and somehow I still get notices on my door every three to four months I really don’t recommend unless u plan to just be here for a few months don’t sign here after 6 months lease is up.

Upon mov.\nIng into my apartment , I became ill with just twenty four hours they are fully aware about what they are doing inappropriately illegally, but nobody's doing anything about it. So all we can do is leave a review to keep you guys residents. And also, the people of Branson that you're fully aware what you're getting yourself into or what you could get yourself into, you need to look up for reviews, you need to look up Ask people about Plato's cave apartments go on the internet and find out because you are in for some heartache, illnesses, Asthma flare-ups, not doing maintenance in a timely order being accused of paying nonpayment to rent when you do pay rent, this is not by just 1 or 2 people. This is by the dozen this has happened to This is not a story.This is true eyewitness true events did it happen to dozens of people. Building 6 when without hot water for months? At a time, building 5 sprinkler system mold left untreated for over a year, residents getting actually bit by Brown uses by the dozen.Do you know how painful that is?I went through it myself being sick for over a month from getting bit from a Brown brown recluse.Numerous different times throughout the year because. There are other tenets that takes each other that I've gotten bitten as well.That are getting infestation of brown recluse in the apartments , there are enormous people , handful of them residents being accused of nonpayment of rents when they have paid rent, their lawyer is deceitful, you need to watch out because they like to say you didn't pay rent when you did, and the lawyer is deceitful misleads, you to sign papers, thinking that they took the responsibility of what they did. But they didn't, and not telling you that they're gonna give you an eviction after the fact you have eviction on your I might just\nBad about that.There's numerous things that they misled me about.You need to watch out from mold because there is in fact , mold in the walls behind the walls and calling for me doesn't do nothing about it , they're not doing a thorough investigationNo one is the governor they need to do something.The people that run the city of branson need to shut down , it is not a safe environment to live. I got assaulted by a neighbor police did not arrest him. Police don't do nothing about it either. It is not a good place to live.\n Peis is in the elevators, witnessed it eyewitness mold eyewitness eyewitness 2 loose railings.\nPeople of residents have gotten hurt from the railings being loose a child.There's pictures of it , an elderly woman fell broke her ankle by a loose, railing, incredible nobody does anything about it, incredible, wrong place to live, and the only reason why they got good, if anything this good said about them probably because they have somebody saying it for them, it's not true. It can happen that they leave good reviews and it not be true, because it's impossible. There's more people that have had more problems than good problems capable of apartments of brands and I can go on and on and on look at the reviews, it's so bad homeless people living in the hallways right next door to my door having sex. Right outside the hallway where I live at. I can't even come out of my apartment to be safe. Tell the maintenance and management about it. What do they say? Have them come talk to them before calling the police. What is going on here? Homeless people living in the hallways, residents not safe to come out ongoing, but nobody does anything about it. Do not move there because you'll get stuck pain having eviction, get stuck paying for things you should not have to pay for. I can go on and on and on I have proof I have proof look it up.

  I’ve lived here since October 31st last year. I can tell you it wasn’t always this nice. Old management is out, new management took over, and I have to tell you I am very happy with this place. They work hard, get things done, and it doesn’t go unnoticed. Brian, MJ, and Makayla are the sweetest people I’ve ever met. My lease is up on Halloween, and I don’t want to leave. Plato’s is home. My cat Cheddar and I are very happy here. Not to mention, Cheddar is loved by everyone in my building, and loves to roam around with my neighbors cat. Ever since Brian stepped in, I’ve noticed change immediately. The office is clean, the staff are respectful, it just feels like home!

  Hi, my name is Angel Since I moved, here is awesome. Experience management is great very helpful and kind. The prices are the best around maintenance. Always do a job a great place all around.
