I absolutely love my community. It is a small oasis on the edge of Belton.

We are renters and Overall we enjoy our home. Most of the neighbors are friendly, we’ve been here going on 3 years and have made multiple friends. They have many areas for the kids which is great, we utilize them a lot. Andrea is amazing, super easy to talk to and very helpful, that’s who I always ask for. My only complaint is maintenance. The female worker is very respectful, the male has worked here for alonnnng time so I feel could benefit from more training 🤷♀️ a lot of things he fixes don’t get fixed and we either do it ourselves or management has to call in a professional to fix what’s made worse🤷♀️. But all in all great neighborhood, great neighbors, I feel safe letting my kids play outside , and that’s says a lot.

I enjoy that our community is quiet and clean for the most part. I have been frustrated with our amenities. We just received an increase in our rent which to my understanding our trash is not longer included in our lot rent and now we pay a fee for water. With that in mind our pool was opened 3 weeks into June and since we have had countless days where we have had pool closures sometimes up to a week at a time. I understand the heat wave has been a huge concern. However the pool has been closed during the evenings when my husband who works 10 hours in the heat outside would be able to use the community pool. It has been extremely frustrating.

There has been a serious and ongoing problem with pests throughout the community, particularly roaches, mice, and bed bugs. As a community where residents pay rent, we should not have to live in these conditions.
Pest control should be conducted regularly and thoroughly, not simply once a year. The infestation problems appear to be getting worse, and it is unacceptable for residents to continue dealing with these issues in their homes.
It also appears that some homes are not being inspected thoroughly enough to identify and address these problems before they become more serious.
This issue has been going on for some time, and it is now time for the community to take action. I will be contacting the County Health Department, Environmental Health Division, and local Municipal Code Enforcement to report these ongoing conditions and request that the situation be properly investigated.
Residents deserve to live in a clean, safe, and sanitary environment, especially when we are paying rent for our homes.
I will also be sharing this information across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, and other platforms so that the community can become aware of what is happening and work together to get these issues addressed.
