  BEWARE before actually signing anything to move in. We signed and had over a month before we officially started bring our stuff into the place. Can't remember her name but she's a shorter heavy set gal. Holes all over in the walls, old wall paper on doors, bathroom trim for tub was bad, the linoleum tile or whatever they had had holes in it, the bathroom floor was peeling up. Had time to do this before people moved in and I mentioned the tub needed to be done before it causes a leak amd the people underneath have to deal with it. Took her over HALF a year for them to come do it and they only did because it started leaking water into the apartment below us still. They never took out insulation or replaced it. Still didn't fix the tub spout behind the wall like I said it needed to be clamped onto the wood but all they did was caulk it up on the spout so u could still pull it out from inside the tub which you should not be able to do. She never responded or got the pipes fixed until the leak happened. I have all the phone records and pictures from before we moved in. Winter was a joke also, falling and slipping outside always due to the handicap spot not being properly marked so you walk all the way around cars with ice n snow built up. Then the garbage area would be complete ice as well so you'd be slipping there also. Our kitchen drawer fell apart after a bit of living here also, fixed that myself a little bit. The sink clamps underneath the kitchen one had only 2/4 when we moved in also. Oh and also the air conditioner was so filthy and full of hair that it wasn't blowing good but when i went to check it and take the filter out the filter frame broke bc how much ice was on the filter and absolute no air was going in. So I put my own money and time into fixing stuff they had plenty of time to do before hand let alone before even showing the apartment. Then when we were moving out she did this exact same thing to another person. He signed the lease before we even left and she would have had no time for cleaners to come in or any apartment checks. This was at the smaller apartment/building complex right by the new ones.
