  Amenities are nice, maintenance staff is great, and the property is well kept and pretty quiet for the most part. Only small complaint is the appliances. Dishwasher doesn't work the best, and oven didn't work for a while, but maintenance staff was great and quickly addressed the issues.

  I’ve been living here with my girlfriend since July and the experience here has been amazing. This place has all the amenities you could ask for and is also dog friendly. The apartment is clean, quiet, and welcoming. I would definitely recommend Lochner.

  We love living at Lochner! Management is friendly and helpful, building has great interior and is well-maintained. The outdoor pickle ball court is a great addition in the warmer months!

  Management is nice. Place is well kept. Walls are thin but hey, it's an apartment. I also wish the grills and outdoor fireplace were able to be used in the winter time. It would also be great to reserve the community room.
