  Building is well maintained. Nice landscaping. Residents are friendly. Staff was available to provide a tour and answer questions.

  Nice staff, but the eligibility markers keep changing and the approval process is cumbersome and questionable with little to no communication (this seems to be an ongoing problem based on other reviews). I was really excited to make the transition to Legacy Commons and then, very suddenly, my application was canceled (something I had to research myself - again, no explanation, no follow up). If this is the entry point, it raised a lot of concerns about living there long-term. I asked someone in the lobby how she liked it there and she responded that "you take the bad with the good" and that feels right to me.

  I was dog sitting for my parents, had a urgent situation,called Dane,maintenance guy,(didn't know him at that time)woke him up he came out to help ,below zero and on a weekend. Thankyou Dane!
