    When I first toured the Wilford I was very impressed by the friendly atmosphere. The staff and existing tenants were quite friendly. The Wilford is truly a luxury apartment complex with top end appliances and professional management. I felt that something was different about the Wilford when I first toured the building. After two months in my apartment , I realized that it's not just a investment property or apartment complex
