- DYDede YoungAug 9, 20261.0I lived your back when these apartments were first built. I lived in one of the lofts on the third floor with an ex. After reading everybody’s comments. I have to say nothing has changed management sucked back then and there are homeless people sleeping in the stairwells and the front lobby and pissing everywhere. The equipment in the gym always broke down and they never fixed during the 2 1/2 years we lived there. If we knew we were going to be late on rent we would talk to the front desk, leasing agent they were nice enough to give us some time to come up with rent before issuing a late fee. There wasn’t shit and pissing in the elevators, and there wasn’t dog shit throughout the hallways. So that’s new. The one good thing was the location. It was close to the VA where I worked, and I appreciated being able to take the light rail.
