Maintenance Man Edwin made one thing (in a laundry list) significantly less stressful even came back to finish the job out of office hours. Huge thanks to him and the 5 stars solely for him

This is the worst place I’ve ever lived, if something happens it takes forever to fix. They play with you and the conditions for the apartment, they take your deposit and charge more. Utility is very high they don’t have service even if they send someone he doesn’t fix it and they play with you, my opinion is if you don’t want problems don’t move in.

I am extremely disappointed with the management of this property. I have been without heat in my apartment for an entire week during winter. I have sent multiple emails and submitted emergency maintenance requests, and absolutely nothing has been done to fix the issue.
This is completely unacceptable and unsafe. Management provides written notices requiring residents to maintain an adequate temperature inside the apartment during winter, yet my heater is not working and no one is taking responsibility to repair it. How are tenants supposed to comply with temperature requirements if the heating system provided by the property does not function?
This situation is not only negligent but also inhumane. Heating is a basic necessity during winter, especially in Minnesota, and failing to address an emergency like this shows a serious lack of concern for tenant safety and well-being.
I would strongly caution anyone considering living here. Tenant safety and basic living conditions do not seem to be a priority for this property.

Do not come here my building 1114 caught fire and had a traumatic experience, homeless people sleeping in laundry room and hallways, there’s a lot of crime in the area and got my bike stolen here and a lot more, I’ve lived here for 9 years and the staff is rude and unproductive except for the cleaning ladies, there’s roaches and mice in my apartment and I have seen mice in garages outside and in building hallways, and I always see the maintenance people always on their golf carts driving around and doing nothing productive most of the time, had a leaking sink for 5 years and nobody ever actually fixed it and when they supposedly did it would only be fixed for a day or 2
