  Our experience with the maintenance team at Zelia has been great every time. They are super prompt and helpful. Berman came within an hour of submitting my request and unclogged the shower drain in no time! He was very friendly and extremely helpful!

  Experience may depend on each person but this is mine: Moving in they promised us a date and then messed up. No help was provided besides paying for a studio for full price and then starting in the unit we were promised weeks later Living here day by day is not too bad having the gym and coffee in the lobby but do know the parking experience will be challenging for some. Parking in the lot is close to the other vehicles and might include getting dings to your car like mine. You can pay 30ish for parking in the front of the lot or 150 for a garage spot. Getting more money taken if you want. The worst part of all and why I am writing this is moving out I had put hours into cleaning the apartment to make it spotless trying to get my deposit as much as possible. I did know having a wallmounted TV was going to make holes but I got permission and was told it would not add much to the bill for refund time. I had two payments of a security deposit (Me and my GF) and on the day I got my refund.... 16 dollars is what I got back. If you plan on moving in, good luck
