  I genuinely wish I could leave a 0 star review. They literally bribe residents to write them good reviews in return for gift cards. How pathetic, if you just did your jobs you would organically get good reviews. I use to really like living here, it’s unfortunate how much the management has deteriorated. On street parking for guests is still a nightmare after 7pm and underground parking is insanely expensive. It’s the same as downtown MSP pricing - but in St Louis Park. $150/month for underground parking, “affordable living” they claim. They’re letting the building fall apart while raising rent and starting construction projects to “improve” the community, except the projects don’t get finished or they do nothing to improve the structural integrity of the building. To be fair, they didn’t build the building in the first place but they are actively pretending like it doesn’t have issues. The AC consistently goes out in the summer and they take days or weeks to get it fixed, all while saying “we understand your frustration, it’s hot in the office too” BUT YOU ARE BEING PAID TO SIT IN A HOT OFFICE. Everyone else has to pay to live and sleep in an 82°+ apartment, what an absolute joke. There’s so much more I would love to say but the bottom line is DO NOT RENT from these people. You will regret it. And all they’ll say in response to this review, if anything at all, is “please reach out to us if you’d like to discuss further”. I tried to do that multiple times while I was a resident and Chelsie would blow me off and send snarky emails with the sentiment of “we don’t care, stop contacting us”. I’m so grateful that my lease finally ended and I got the hell out.

  I like the maintenance they doing good job. Fast at responding to the issue immediately. Very kind and respectful when visiting home to fix the issue. 10/10. Thank you for your service.

  Our experience with the maintenance team at Zelia has been great every time. They are super prompt and helpful. Berman came within an hour of submitting my request and unclogged the shower drain in no time! He was very friendly and extremely helpful!
