- JSJada SandersonAug 12, 20265.0I lived at urban park II for the last year, and loved my experience. Everything is well-kept, I never had an issue with bugs, bad smells, noise, etc. The management team here is amazing and very prompt with responses. The apartments are well built with beautiful finishes. The amenities are great, cleaning crew is always around keeping the building in good shape. Maintenance is great too! I had a smoke detector beeping that I couldn't reach, within a few hours my request was completed. Had no issues whatsoever, best apartment experience I have ever had!
- NTNicole TaylorJun 28, 20262.0I wish everybody who lived in this apartment was section 8 approved because the college students who live here are very finicky and picky and they like the lights to go down at 9 PM. They report any loudness past 9 PM. They report any dog off the leash and any person who tries to dissolve the issue. However, management Kirby and Kathy are freaking awesome. They will make sure things are taken care of if you report them. They keep the grounds nice and they really care about your concerns.! Beautiful property nice pool good dog area I just so long as you keep your dog on a tight leash because you are once again facing a shopping mall with semi trucks behind you next to the dog park But lastly, I encountered two mattresses being thrown into the parking area. I encountered dirty handles and railings with food all over them in the hallways. I encountered trash bases being left in the trash bag room, and I paid extra money to have my truck door downstairs only to find out in the morning it was covered with dust thank goodness I have unlimited car washes with Crew Carwash.!!!! I brought the issue to their attention and they did compensate me for the months that the dust cover my vehicle within 1 1/2 hours This is a great place to say if you can listen to semi trucks backing up with their beep beep beep and they’re breaking systems and Karen and Bradley staying upstairs from you. Heaven forbid you hang out past 11 PM. You will be reported.
