The amenities were fantastic, the neighbors were incredibly friendly, and there was a strong sense of community. The staff was exceptionally helpful and kind. After moving to Miami, I often find myself daydreaming about returning to live in The Mera. I miss you all dearly!
- JBJessica BolligMay 6, 20261.0Took leasing office over a month to send lease documents despite reaching out several times for it to be sent over so I can sign. After multiple attempts I realized this is a reflection of their management and I did not feel comfortable with agreeing to pay them for 13 months, so I informed them I will not be moving forward and requested my deposit back. The request was denied despite their lack of communication. Reported this incident to the Better Business Bureau with proof of lack of communication. Mera rejected refund. Will be moving this case forward. Moral of the story, not a good faith company. Lack of communication. They also did not mention during my tour that this apartment has low income units- I had to ask after reading other reviews.

The whole team is amazing, responsive & care about the residents. From the property manager, community coordinator, leasing, and maintenance. Residents are respectful, & the building feels like it’s sound proof! They have plenty of events that are wonderful to connect with the community. The Mera is a beautiful property, very clean & well maintained. Highly recommend & the moment you walk in, you’ll see for yourself!
