- HBHannah BaezApr 13, 20265.0I've lived here for 2 years and I absolutely love it. It's not too far from Donwtown Minneapolis, the neighborhood is quiet and it's a very walkable area. The staff here are amazing. Anytime I've needed help or something fixed, they are always on top of it.

- EWEli WollenzienJul 16, 20141.0At first this place seemed alright, but after 5 months of constant construction, landscape ripped up, projects that inconvenience the tenants, landlords constantly giving notices to enter your apartment for any number of reasons, and a general disregard towards disrupting the tenants living space, I am done with this place. Management could care less about the inconveniences....only excuses, not an inch of understanding that this is OUR HOME.
