- HBHannah BaezApr 13, 20265.0I've lived here for 2 years and I absolutely love it. It's not too far from Donwtown Minneapolis, the neighborhood is quiet and it's a very walkable area. The staff here are amazing. Anytime I've needed help or something fixed, they are always on top of it.
- CPCaitlin PanasukNov 23, 20224.0**new edit** We have had constant issues with hot water in the last year. It's non-stop, and it doesn't seem to be addressed. It's spotty and unreliable My boyfriend and I moved in here about 7 months ago and have been happy! Our unit was clean, and the layout makes it feel like a comfortable home. When it comes to things the staff CAN control, I've been happy! There will always be gripes when living in an apartment (because, well, staff can't control the actions of residents) but this has been a good and positive interaction so far!

We had a complicated moving situation and she handled it so well and made us feel valued! The community is great, the apartment was spotless upon move in! Everyone we have met has been great!
